Assessments and estimates
Repair pricing depends on confirmed diagnosis, parts and labour. Any initial guidance is not a final quote until the television has been assessed.
Call-outs and availability
House calls are subject to location, technician availability and agreed call-out arrangements. Same-day service is not guaranteed.
Screen damage
Sonnet TV Repairs does not repair cracked, broken or physically damaged television screens.
Parts and warranty
Parts availability varies by brand and model. Warranty terms apply only where confirmed for the specific completed repair and do not cover unrelated faults, misuse, surge damage or physical damage.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate fault information and safe access to the television. Final service terms are confirmed directly when work is booked.
